All American Wood Register warrants all products to be free of defects in material & workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. All American Wood Register will fix or replace any product found to be defective, provided it is returned prepaid for inspection and that it was finished according to the instructions provided with each product. All American Wood Register's warranty does not cover damage to wood vents due to improper customer finishing, improper installation, abuse or use in a manner other than that for which the product was intended. |

Returns of All American Wood Register products will not be accepted more than 30 days after initial shipment of your order. To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20% All American Wood Register restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order.
