Brass Accents, Inc. warrants for a period of one (1) year that all products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Brass Accents will repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective and subject to this warranty, provided it is delivered prepaid to us. This warranty does not apply to any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use. Brass Accents, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential damages. |

To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 25% Brass Accents restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order.
