All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty is limited to metal and mechanical parts and excludes ceramic, glass and crystal parts and components. This warranty excludes damage from: - Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized product repairs, modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- Items subject to wear from normal usage (scratches, scuff marks, kick plates, ceramics, glass, etc.)
- Use in industrial, commercial and/or professional applications.
If during the applicable warranty period your Copper Mountain Hardware product is found to be defective, Copper Mountain Hardware will repair, or at its option, replace with a new or used equivalent model, such defective product. |

To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 25% Copper Mountain Hardware restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
