| Warranty: |
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Nostalgic Warehouse warrants all of its products against tarnishing. Use of chemicals or abrasive cleaners on any Nostalgic Warehouse product will void the finish warranty. This warranty is extended to the original user of the products as long as the user occupies the residential premises on which the products were originally installed. Not covered under these warranties are: - Products which have been incorrectly installed, mistreated, scratched, or abraded.
- Non-residential applications of products.
- Crystal products against breakage.
- Products intended for interior use which have been used in exterior applications.

| Returns: |
To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20% Nostalgic Warehouse restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
