| Warranty: |
IDH warrants for a period of ten (10) year that all products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. IDH will repair or replace free of charge any product found to be defective and subject to this warranty, provided it is delivered prepaid to us. This warranty does not apply to any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use. IDH shall not be liable for any consequential damages. |
| Returns: |
To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20% IDH restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. Non-defective returns will not be accepted more than 90 days after initial shipment from IDH. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
