| Warranty: |
Restoria bathtubs carry a lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser when properly installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. Restoria warrants its bathtubs to be free from defects in material or craftsmanship rendering the product unsuitable for residential use as long as the original purchaser owns the bathtub. Clawfoot tub feet are warranted against cracking and peeling for a period of one year from date of purchase. Materials which prove defective after inspection by Restoria will be repaired or replaced at the option of Restoria, but no claims for labor, shipping, or consequential damages will be accepted. |
| Returns: |
Unused and uninstalled tubs must be in new condition and returned in the original container. The container must be in satisfactory condition for shipping. Bathtubs must be wrapped and banded appropriately and shall not have been installed or altered in any way. To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 35% Restoria Bathtub Company restocking fee applies to returns of unused tubs. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
