Special Lite Products Company, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use and service within one (1) year after the date of purchase. Special Lite's obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing, at the manufacturer's option, any part or parts which may prove to be defective, but only after examination by Special Lite Products determines said part or parts to be defective. This warranty does not apply to any products which have been improperly installed, overloaded, abused, misused, or altered in any manner. |

To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20% Special Lite Products restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order.
