| Warranty: |
Tailored Vents wood vents are a natural wood product. Natural wood characteristics such as mineral streaks, small knots and grain variation are to be expected and are not considered defects. Color changes may occur with aging and are not considered defects. Some species may darken more than other species when exposed to sunlight. Tailored Vents will, at its option: - repair or replace the vent, or,
- refund the purchase price of the damaged vent.
This warranty does not cover consequential damages, special, indirect or incidental damages.Tailored Vents warranty does not cover damage to our wood vents due to improper customer finishing, improper installation, abuse or use in a manner other than that for which the product was intended. |

Returns of Tailored Vents products will not be accepted more than 15 days after initial shipment of your order. To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 15% Tailored Vents restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Refer to our return policy for detailed return procedures. |
