All Waterglass Studios products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts as deemed necessary by a Waterglass Studios customer service representative. This warranty does not apply to any products which have been improperly installed, abused, or altered in any manner. |
| Returns: |
To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 15% Waterglass Studios restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise. All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order.
