Return Policy

Shop 4 Classics selects only manufacturers of top quality merchandise. We understand, however, that occasionally an item or items may need to be returned.

Uninstalled items can be returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will not be provided for scratched, abused, or previously installed merchandise. All items must be returned to the appropriate manufacturer in their original packaging. Shrink wrapped items must remain sealed. Poorly packaged or damaged merchandise will not be accepted so please package the product carefully. If a packing slip was provided, we recommend including it in the box with your return.

All returns require a return authorization (RGA) number to identify them. Please email customer service to request a RGA number prior to returning your order. Unauthorized returns may be refused or incur additional restocking fees.

Shipping charges, including those paid by Shop 4 Classics on your behalf, are non-refundable. Additionally, it is customary for manufacturers to charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees are charged to help offset the expense of shipping materials and the cost of inspecting, inventorying, and processing returns. Restocking fees will vary depending on the manufacturer of the item. Each product page will include a Manufacturer Information section just below the Product Features. The Manufacturer Information section will identify the manufacturer and link to additional information about them, including their restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Return all items using carriers that provide tracking. We recommend insurance for fragile items that may be damaged in return shipping. Shop 4 Classics will not be liable for items lost, dented, scratched, or otherwise damaged in return shipment.

Credit will be refunded to the credit card that was used to place the order only after the manufacturer has accepted your return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the return to be processed. Shop 4 Classics will notify you by email when the refund has been completed.

Defective & Damaged Items

Please refer to Warranties in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or Shipping Claims to report missing items or items damaged in shipping.
