Shipping ClaimsShop 4 Classics ships by reputable, national recognized delivery companies. Orders are packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Unfortunately, shipping damage does still occur from time to time. Shipping DamageRefuse delivery of any obviously damaged item (e.g., shattered sink, empty box, etc.) and contact customer service immediately to process a claim. Otherwise, open all packages and inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If your order is damaged in shipping, you must contact customer service within 48 hours. Retain all boxes and packing materials, as the shipping carrier will inspect damage. Notify the driver or local agent immediately. The carrier will issue a receipt and pick up damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. However, please contact customer service with the claim number so that we can arrange replacements. Freight Delivery ClaimsLarge items, such as tubs are delivered by common carrier. The carrier will require a signature to confirm delivery. Inspect the crate and its contents before signing the delivery receipt. Your signature indicates that you have inspected the order and accepted it in satisfactory condition. Refuse delivery of any damaged item. Carefully read our Receiving Freight Deliveries instructions for detailed information on receiving freight deliveries. Errors and OmissionsOpen all packages and inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If an item appears to be missing, incomplete or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately. Errors and omissions must be reported within 72 hours. Errors and omissions claims reported after 72 hours may be rejected.
